I've posted an updated version of the .NET Framework cleanup tool that now contains an option to remove the .NET Framework 3.0 (in addition to 1.0, 1.1 and 2.0). I also embedded a UAC manifest in this version so it will prompt you for elevation when running the cleanup tool on Windows Vistal.

You can use the following links to find more information about the .NET Framework cleanup tool and download it if you need it on your system:

One important note - the cleanup tool does not allow you to remove any versions of the .NET Framework that are installed as part of the OS that it is being run on. So, it does not support removing the .NET Framework 1.0 on Windows XP Media Center Edition or Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, removing the .NET Framework 1.1 on Windows Server 2003, or removing the .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.0 on Windows Vista.
