Did Dark Web have anything to do with the Neo-Nazi bust in Israel this week? You'd think that it would be a natural outgrowth of their existing work, since terrorist is a pretty generalized term...

I guess a more interesting question is how it's connected with and fed by ECHELON and other surveillance activities, since the article mentions email, not just public websites and forums. I have to wonder if instant messaging and text messaging were just overlooked (or if our quasi-governmental agencies are still behind the times).

Imagine how complicated it is to train a chatter tracking and prediction mining model. Determining all of the potential dimensions and attributes of the schema alone could take years off your life and more SAN points than anyone should have to sacrifice for a job. But I am glad that somebody is doing it!
