Heather McPherson, 24, of Plymouth was shot and killed by Sedric Jerome Larkins, 24, of Blaine, her sometime boyfriend at a McDonald's restaurant in Maple Grove. The two apparently had come to the restaurant to break up. Larkins fled from the scene and later killed himself in his car on Interstate Hwy. 694 near Brooklyn Blvd.
