从利信(LLL travel internatiional)订票碰到的麻烦

我4月底从利信(http://www.llltravel.com/)订了从JFK机场(NYC)出发回北京的机票及返程机票，订票之前我特别询问如果我要改期的话改票费是多少，代理告诉我是75刀，我算了算觉得还可以接受，最后决定从他们公司出票，是国航的航班，花了将近900刀。
5月初我回国后，因为签证问题不得不延期返美。当我去国航办事处询问改票手续时，被
告知改票费是200美金!他们还特别把我的机票传真给国航在纽约市的总部确证了一下。最
终我不得不付了200刀，所幸的是，在我走的那天有同等舱位，所以没有额外的舱位差价
。算下来，我的机票快1100刀了，而不是我最初计划的900多刀。如果我知道改票费是200
刀的话，我完全可以订其它航空公司的票。
我回来后立刻给利信打电话。接电话的女士告诉我当初给我出票的代理度假去了。我跟她
解释了事情经过。她坚持无法做任何补偿，并且暗示我没有足够的证据证明整个事情，因
为我当初又没有把代理的话录下来，一切都口说无凭。真是把我气得够呛。她的意思就是
碰到这种事，我只好自认倒霉，就这么算了得了。
提醒大家吸取我的教训，以后从利信订票也好还是从其它代理订票，最好通过email确证
一下，至少这样有书面的证据。有条件的朋友，去当地代理取票时，最好特别核对一下机
票上的改票费，可以立刻打电话给航空公司确认一下，以免不必要的损失。
我是听朋友推荐从利信订的票，今后我是不会再跟这号公司打交道了

很会做生意, 但是不实在. 她给找的票,都拣贵的票让你买. 便宜的票,她也在系统里面hold 你的名字, 比较恶劣.

从利信(LLL travel internatiional)订票碰到的麻烦

我4月底从利信(http://www.llltravel.com/)订了从JFK机场(NYC)出发回北京的机票及返程机票，订票之前我特别询问如果我要改期的话改票费是多少，代理告诉我是75刀，我算了算觉得还可以接受，最后决定从他们公司出票，是国航的航班，花了将近900刀。
5月初我回国后，因为签证问题不得不延期返美。当我去国航办事处询问改票手续时，被
告知改票费是200美金!他们还特别把我的机票传真给国航在纽约市的总部确证了一下。最
终我不得不付了200刀，所幸的是，在我走的那天有同等舱位，所以没有额外的舱位差价
。算下来，我的机票快1100刀了，而不是我最初计划的900多刀。如果我知道改票费是200
刀的话，我完全可以订其它航空公司的票。
我回来后立刻给利信打电话。接电话的女士告诉我当初给我出票的代理度假去了。我跟她
解释了事情经过。她坚持无法做任何补偿，并且暗示我没有足够的证据证明整个事情，因
为我当初又没有把代理的话录下来，一切都口说无凭。真是把我气得够呛。她的意思就是
碰到这种事，我只好自认倒霉，就这么算了得了。
提醒大家吸取我的教训，以后从利信订票也好还是从其它代理订票，最好通过email确证
一下，至少这样有书面的证据。有条件的朋友，去当地代理取票时，最好特别核对一下机
票上的改票费，可以立刻打电话给航空公司确认一下，以免不必要的损失。
我是听朋友推荐从利信订的票，今后我是不会再跟这号公司打交道了
