recode - GNU Project - Free Software Foundation (FSF)

I just recently found a solution for converting from UTF-8 to Iso-8859-1. I implemented it about 1.5 weeks ago. This would have been affecting revenues I would guess because clients would not publish the articles that had the Unicode characters in them. Now that we have this fixed it should bring things back in. If you are curious as to what we used for your reference in case you have clients needing the same thing.
